Forging:

1600 Ton 2 column pull down type direct oil Hydraulic forging press complex with CNC imported from earlier Czechoslovakia is the main equipment. The Electronic system for the press is from Siemens, Germany and the Hydraulic system from Rexroth, Germany. Following equipments are integrated with the above press.

F. Oil quenching facility

Quenching Oil -
Veedol Quenching Oil equivalent to Meta quench 39.
Oil temperature is controlled during Quenching with the help of Heat exchanger and cooling water. Oil is continuously agitated by recirculating pumps.
